The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 5.1.1 Disassembly And Utilization Of Existing Synthetic Grass Surface With Backfill; 5.1.2 Disassembly Of Football Goals And Their Re -Assembly After Completing The Work; 5.1.3 Alignment And Stabilization Of The Foundation From Aggregates; 5.1.4 Renovation Of The Drainage Of The Pitch; 5.1.5 Making The Surface Of The Pitch Made Of Synthetic Grass And Pasted Field Lines With Backfill Of Quartz Sand And Gray Epdm Granules - In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Project; 5.1.6 Purchase And Assembly Of Sports And Recreational Devices, I.E. Football And Goal Nets; 5.1.7 Other Works And Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: - Marking And Securing The Acquired Construction Site For The Duration Of Works, - Organization Of The Facilities, Including Access Roads To The Construction Site, - The Organization And Access To The Property During The Works, - Implementation Of Full As -Built Documentation With The Changes In The Course Of Works (When Required) From Each Stage Of The Subject Of The Contract, - Current Export Of Non -Usable Materials From The Construction Site, - Carrying Out All Control Measurements, - Assembly Of A Board Informing About Funding From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture; - Performing Repair Works Of Technical Infrastructure, Whose Technical Condition Due To The Implementation Of Works Has Deteriorated, Including Reproductive Works. 5.2 The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Attached Technical Documentation, Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In The Preface Of Works. 5.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract. 5.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Knowledge, Specified, Among Others By The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) With Due Diligence, Proper Work Organization And Health And Safety Rules. 5.5 In The Event Of The Unequivocal Patent Names, Trademarks, Materials, Products Or Devices Indicating The Manufacturer And Specific Catalog Types - All Such Names Should Be Read With A Or Equivalent Clause With The Same Or Not Worse Technical, Quality, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters Each Time.
