The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz6. In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act Allows The Application Of Equivalent Solutions. Each Time The Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In This Sw By The Concept Of Equivalent Solutions, The Employer Understands Such A Technological Solution That Has Technical And/Or Functional Parameters At Least Equal To The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Description. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. 8.
