Consultative Engineering And Construction Services - A Service To Perform The Function Of A Contract Engineer For The Task Of Designing And Performing Construction Works Entitled: Construction Of A Road Connector Between National Road No. 94 And Eurotheminal And The Pkp Lhs Pkp Station In Sławków For The Development Of Intermodal Transport. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing The Function Of A Contract Engineer For The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Road Connector Between National Road No. 94 And Eurotheminal And The Pkp Lhs Station In Sławków For The Development Of Intermodal Transport Implemented In The Design And Build. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Exercising Investor Supervision Over The Entire Investment Process - Design And Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task In All Design And Construction Works, Including In The Field Of Additional And Replacement Works; 2) Performing The Function Of A Contract Engineer, Including Also The Functions Of The Investor Supervision Inspector And Coordinator Of The Activities Of Investor Supervision Inspectors Appearing In Chapter 3 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. 3) Contract Management, Including In The Scope Of Additional And Replacement Works For The Contract; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 7 To Swz.
