Delivery Includes Parts For Tractors, Excavators, Machines For Performing Excavation And Other Machines. The Articles Are The Subject Of The Public Procurement In Detail In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1) Of This Documentation For Participation. Delivery Will Be Made After A Written Request From The Tp Dls Shiroka Polyana. The Items Delivered Should Be New And Unused. The Chosen Participant Is Obliged To Deliver To The Contracting Authority To The Contracting Authority, In Addition To Those Listed In The Tech Specification To The Procedure, And The Price Of The Procedure Will Be Formed On The Basis Of The Current Pricing List Of The Participant At The Time Of Delivery, With The Application Of A Percentage Discount Indicated By The Participant In His Price Offer (Appendix No. 5). The Indication Of A Percentage Of Trade Discount In The Bid Of The Participant Is Mandatory And Remains Unchanged For The Whole Term Of The Contract! The Items Delivered Must Meet The Relevant Standards, Rules, Regulations And Laws Applicable In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union For The Production Of Products Subject To This Order.
