The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Construction Of A System For Automated Collection And Analysis Of Data On Meteorological Conditions And Control Of The Condition Of The Road Flooring (System) By Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 8 (Eight) Pieces Of Meteorological Stations Along The Sofia - Haskovo - Kapitan Andreevo Road Section. The Stations Will Take Into Account The Speed And Direction Of The Wind, The Temperature Below And Above The Road Surface, The Intensity Of The Rainfall, The Level Of The Water Column Of The Lane And Will Therefore Inform About Dangerous Situations On The Road Such As Freezing, Icing, Fog, High Winds And More. The Network Of Meteorological Stations Will Allow Accurate Forecasting Of Road Conditions And Will Alert The Structures Of The Ria In The Event Of Changes Over Time. The System Will Use The High-Speed 5G Project Communication With An Acronym 23-Eu-Dig-5Gtracks 5Gtraks. The 5Gtraks Project Has Been Approved For Funding Under The European Connection Mechanism Program 2-Cef-Dlg-2023-5Gcorrldors-Works And The Ec Agreement For The Grant Agrando Problem Problem Orient/Eastern Mediterranean On Both Sides Of The Border Between Bulgaria And Greece In The Sections: Plovdiv - Haskovo - Kapitan Andreevo - Kipoi - Komotini - Kavala - Thessaloniki. Project Partners Are Mobile Operators Vivacom Bulgaria Ead, Nova, Greece, United Fiber, Greece And Aip. The Activities Of The Ria, As A Partner In The Project And Beneficiary, Are Related To The Construction And Commissioning Of An Automated Data Collection System And Control Of The Condition Of The Road Flooring (System) Along The Road Section Sofia - Haskovo - Kapitan Andreevo, By Delivery And Deployment Of 8 Meteori Pieces Of Meteorological The System Is Intended To Monitor And Analyze Real -Time Road And Condition Data, To Provide Information On Changes In Meteorological Conditions, And More Specifically About Adverse Meteorological And Climatic Conditions, Providing Information To Maintain Safe And Functional Pathways. By Integrating Modern Sensory Technologies And Communication Networks, The System Collects And Automatically Transmits From Meteorological Stations For Temperature, Humidity, Speed And Wind Direction, Atmospheric Pressure And Rainfall. In Addition, The System Will Also Monitor The Condition Of The Road Surface, Including Road Conditions And Surface Temperature. Specially Built -In Sensors To Report The Salinity Of The Water On The Road Will Help To Predict And Recalculate The Freezing Point.
