Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Sports Stadium Facilities, The Demolition Of The Stage, The Construction Of Small Architecture Facilities, Including The Pumptrack Bicycle Track And The Streetworkout Gymnastic And Strength Exercises. The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Improve The Functioning Of The Sports Stadium And Improve The Quality Of Events Organized In This Area. 2. Investment Scope: The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled Improving The Functioning Of Sports And Recreational Infrastructure As An Opportunity For The Development Of The Pomegeeer Areas Of The Czarna Commune. The Investment Is Located In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, In The Bieszczady Poviat, In Czarna Górna, On Plot No. 804.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Scope Of Works And Technical Details, Is Included In The Project Documentation Constituting Annex 11 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz). 4. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order: Project Documentation Contains A Full Scope Of Works, However, As Part Of This Order, Only Some Of Them Will Be Carried Out. The Scope Of Works, Which Is Not Covered By The Order, Includes Items Deleted In The Pre -City Of Works Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Sports Stadium Facilities (Marked In Red). Contractors When Preparing The Offer Are Required To Take Into Account Only Works That Will Be Carried Out, Excluding The Deleted Items. 5. Deletion Of The Item From The Bill Of Quantities: The Ordering Party Gives Up The Implementation Of Works Deleted From The Bill Of Quantities: • The Bill Of Quantities Of The Electrical Industry In The Scope Of: - Structural And Cctv Wiring Installation - Cctv Installations - Cctv Camera System • Failure Of The Construction Industry Works In The Scope Of: - Asphalt Square6. Guidelines For Contractors When Preparing The Offer: Contractors Are Obliged To Take Into Account Only Works That Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Scope Of Works Contained In The Project Documentation, Taking Into Account The Deletion Of Items That Will Not Be Carried Out. The Deleted Items Should Be Excluded From The Valuation Of Investment Costs And Not Included In The Design Documentation When Preparing The Offer. 7. Other Scope Of Works: The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Project Documentation, Which Has Not Been Deleted, Remains Unchanged.
