Tenders are invited for Front End Engineering Design (Feed) Study for Metering Systems Upgrade (MSU) Project. TENDER BOND USD 250,000 TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 26/03/2025 to 22/04/2025 TENDER CLOSING DATE 06/05/2025 Scope of Work: The EPC Contractors scope primarily includes Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Study for Metering Systems Upgrade (MSU) Project for QatarEnergy LNG. The intent of this Project is to implement an optimized and sustainable solution that comply/address: 1. The metering control system and its associated network infrastructure shall comply with Industrial Control System (ICS), QatarEnergy Hydrocarbons Measurement Guidelines (HMG) and MCIT (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology). 2. To address existing deficiencies in the measurement of non-LNG products and the calculation of state royalty payments for Common Condensate Storage & Loading (CCSL) rundown, Common Liquefied Petroleum Gas (CLPG) rundown, and CLPG berth loading metering systems. 3. Contractor shall perform a detailed study on Companys selected option and develop a FEED Package along with an EPC scope of work.
