The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Be Determined A Contractor Of The Consulting Service (Construction Supervision) In Connection With The Design And Construction (Engineering) Of The Specific Site, Concluding A Contract With It For The Preparation Of 3 (Three) Complex Reports For The Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects The Construction Of The Three Viaducts Of Hemus Motorway On The Territory Of Opu Sofia, With A View To Carrying Out Their Quality Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Terms. Existing Position: *Viaduct At Km 33+910 Of Hemus Motorway: The Viaduct At Km 33+910 Left Lane Has Been In Operation Since 1984. The Facility Is A Five Open Structure Of 111.20 M. The Road Plate Is Made Of Prefabricated Panels, The Foundation Is Flat. The Viaduct Has Been Found Numerous Destruction, Including The Destroyed Concrete Cover Of Some Of The Ragel, Which Resulted In Corroded Reinforcement. The Foundations Are In Poor Technical Condition Due To The Leaks Of The Lane Formed. Compromised Waterproofing, Broken Dilatation Joints And Exposed Reinforcement On The Top Structure Of The Facility Are Available. *Viaduct At Km 34+220 At Hemus Motorway: The Viaduct At Km 34+220 Left Lane Has Been In Operation Since 1984. The Viaduct Was Found To Be A Poor Technical Condition In The Areas Of The Foundations And In The Rigels. Sections With Disturbed Concrete Coating, Exposed And Highly Corroded Reinforcement Are Observed. In The Concrete Section, Cracks Are Observed. The Top Structure Also Has Cracks, Bruises And Exposed Reinforcement On The Main Beams. There Are Leaks On The Road Slab. *Viaduct At Km 36+450 Of Hemus Motorway: The Viaduct At Km 36+450 Robrenishte Dol Left Lane Has Been In Operation Since 1986. The Facility Is An Eight Open Structure Of 481.00 M. The Top Structure Is Made Up Of Three Main Beams Of Pre -Stressed Reinforced Concrete. The Road Slab Is The Slab, The Foundation Is Flat. Significant Construction Defects Have Been Identified. There Is A High Degree Of Depreciation Of All Elements Of The Upper Structure, Due To The Processes Of Carbonization, Leaks On The Road Slab.
