Fur Skins-Supply Of Biomass Products For Cogeneration Facilities Of The Central Sart-Tilman Colet (B10). The Market Relates To The Delivery Of Biomass In The Form Of Pellets For A Year To The Day, Starting On The Date Of The First Delivery. The Alleged Quantity Of Pellets To Be Delivered Over 12 Months Is Approximately 80,000 Mwh Pcs. This Quantity Is Given As An Indication, Any Judgments Due To Technical Problems Or Any Other Cause Being Unpredictable. Deliveries Will Start On November 15, 2025 (End Of The Current Contract On November 14, 2025). An Interruption Of Operation Is Scheduled For July And August For Lentretian (8 Weeks Dates Are Included In The Estimated Planning.) This Market Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 4 Times 6 Months, Starting The Day Of The First Delivery. Momatic Producers Associations Are Authorized. It Should Be Noted That All Members Of The Momentary Association Must Respect The Right Of Access And Qualitative Selection Individually. Application Of Directive 2018/2001 - Redii - Durability Of The Origin Of Biomass When Creating The Ets (Emission Trading System) System, European Co2 Exchange System To Which The Central Sart Tilman Boiler Is Subject, Emissions Related To Biomass Have Been Considered Null And These Emissions Therefore Required No Annual Restitution Of Quotas. This Logic Changed In 2023 With The Directive 2018/2001 (Red Ii) Which Changes The Treatment Of Biomass Within The Framework Of The Ets (Trading System Emission). Consequently, Emissions Linked To A Biomass Flow Will Be By Default Considered As Fossil, And Will Only Be Exempt From Returning Quotas Only If And Only If The Installation Demonstrates That The Sustainability Criteria Linked To The Origin And The Criteria Of Greenhouse Gas Saving As Defined In Article 29 (Paragraphs 2 To 7 And Paragraph 10) Of Directive 2018/2001 (Red Ii) Criteria Do Not Apply To The Biomass In Question. To Do This, By Awarding Prices For This Market, The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue Pellets Certified According To A Voluntary Scheme Recognized By The European Commission Within The Framework Of Red Ii.
