A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design Documentation, I.E. 1) Architectural And Construction Design Volume I. Reconstruction Of The Municipal Theater Building In Świdnica By Mgr Inż. Arch. Anna Maląg With The Date Of The Study On 08.03.2022, Branded By The Maag Ana Maląg Design Studio, Ul. Długa 44/50 Building D, Lok. 702, 00-241 Warsaw. The Documentation In Question Includes: The Architectural And Construction Design Of Volume I, Without Renovation Of Roofs Above The Fan And The Mirror Room, 2) Construction Project For Replacement Works-A Replacement Design-A Change Of The Stage By Mgr Inż. Arch. Anna Maląg With The Date Of Study On December 2024, Branded By The Maag Anna Maląg Design Workshop And Interior Design. Moss., Air Conditioning., Electrics, Electroacoustics, Scene Lighting, Stage Mechanics, Fire Protection. 4) Interior Design Project By Mgr Inż. Arch. Anna Maląg With The Date Of The Study On 08.03.2022, Branded By The Maag Design Studio Anna Maląg. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Informs That The Scope Of Work Related To Interior Design Within The Proscenium Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Interior Design Attached To The Replacement Project- Change Of The Scene.5) Tender Documentation, I.E. The Need To Conduct These Proceedings, Including In Particular Swz Together With The Attachments To It And All Changes And Additional Arrangements Arising During The Tender Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz, Specified In All Sent And Placed On The Ordering Page Of The Contracting Authority. On The Roof Of The Theater- Annex 10 To Swz.7) Supplement For The Ptz Project Technology (Scene Technologies: Electroacoustics, Technological (Stage) Lighting), Stage Mechanics) And Values- Annex No. 11 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Informs That Construction Works Are Currently Underway Within The Facade And A Fragment Of The Roof Of The Building In Question. The Deadline For Completing The Above Works Was Set For September 2, 2025. All Disputed Issues Between The Contractors Of The Contract In Question And The Contractors Of Facade Works Will Be Resolved On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 4.
