Comprehensive Organization Of Therapeutic Stays For Children And Their Guardians Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Deinstitutionalization And Support Of The Voivodship Foster Care. Participating In Therapeutic Stays From The Silesian Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Entitled: Deinstitutionalization And Support Of The Provincial Foster Care Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund+). The Main And Supreme Goal Of The Implementation Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Specialist Therapy Of Children Staying In Family And Institutional Foster Care And Biological Children Of Foster Families From The Śląskie Voivodeship To Improve Their Health. The Service Is Focused On Improving Physical Health, Support For Mental Health, As Well As Support For Childrens Social Development. Recruitment Of Stay Participants Will Be Conducted Continuously By The Employer. When Performing The Order, You Should Follow The Availability Standards For The Cohesion Policy 2021-2027, Which Constitute Annex 2 To The Guidelines Regarding The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract Taking Into Account The Needs Of Participants With The Special Needs Referred To In The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility To Persons With Special Needs - To The Extent Enabling Them To Participate In The Subject Of The Contract On A Par With Other Participants. The Basic Order Of The Subject Of The Subject Is: 1. A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Organization Of 7-Day Therapeutic Stays For A Maximum Of 213 Indisputation Of Children From The Silesian Voivodeship (Including About 200 Children Staying In Family And Institutional Foster Care And About 13 Children Of Biological Foster Parents, Including In 2025: For A Total Of Around 160 Children, In 2026: For A Total Of Approx. 53 Children), 2. Ensuring Stay On Stays For A Maximum Of 67 Childrens Carers (Including In 2025: Approx. 50 Carers, In 2026: For Approx. 17 Carers). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz. Imaging Participants And Having Enough Financial Resources For The Implementation Of This Task Are Provided For The Possibility Of Ordering Additional, Optional Stays. The Option Covered By The Right Options Includes: 1. A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Organization Of 7-Day Therapeutic Stays For A Maximum Of 267 Individuals Of Children From The Silesian Voivodeship (Including About 250 Children Staying In Family And Institutional Foster Care And About 17 Children Of Biological Foster Parents), 2. Ensuring Stay On Stays For A Maximum Of 83 Childrens Carers. The Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Law Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.
