The Contracting Authority Informs That The Order Is Co -Financed From The European Funds Program For Digital Development Under Measure 2.2 Strengthening The National Cyber Security System The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Servers, Mass Storage Equipment, Network Devices, Emergency Power Supplies And Software Under The Project Cyber -Secrered Local Government 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery To The Ordering Office, I.E. And The Amounts Indicated In The Material And Quantity List. The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of Equipment As Required To Prevent It From Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery. 6. The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Security Signs. 7. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. General Principles Of Equivalence Of Solutions: A. The Employer Will Consider A Solution For The Same Purpose, Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Corresponding To The Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Or Better, Or Better Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin, A Patent Or Origin. Therefore, The Contractor May Propose Solutions That Make The Same Functionalities Specified By The Ordering Party In A Different Way Than The Manner.
