1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Comprehensive Documentation Cyberd Bojszowy. 2. As Part Of This Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To:  The Implementation Of The Initial Audit And The Final Information Security Management System Final (Audit Of Compliance With The Requirements Of The Kri Regulation And The Act On Ksc By Qualified Auditors),  Study, Implementation Of Documentation And Procedures Along With Risk Analysis And Methodology For: Information Security Management (Szbi) Grants Cyberd Local Government Co-Financed Under The European Funds Operational Program For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2 Strengthening Of The National Cyber Security System, In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Cyber-Secured Local Government Grant Competition. 3. Information Security (Szbi) Information Security Policies (Pbi). 4. The Scope Of Services And Their Description Can Be Found In Swz And Attachments To Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), A Template Of The Offer Form Containing A Model Calculation Of The Offer Price And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Employer Informs That It Does Not Set Requirements In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). The Details Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Attachment To Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Key Parts Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. 8. The Employer Did Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Act. 9. The Employer Does Not Provide For A Reservation Of The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act. 10. The Employer Informs That It Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract To The Current Service Contractor Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Act. 11. The Employer Does Not Provide For Organizing Local Vision For Contractors And Does Not Require Submitting An Offer After Completing A Local Vision Or Checking The Documents Referred To In Art. 131 Para. 2 Of The Act. 12. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And Future Contractors Will Take Place In Polish Zlotys. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Settlements In Foreign Currencies. 13.
