The Work Of The Work Includes In Particular: 1) Packaging, Waste Weighing, Reception, Loading Previously Removed Asbestos Products, Transport From The Place Of Reception To The Place Of Reciprocity, The Unloading And Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Keeping Waste Records In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 2) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Technical Equipment, Tools And Equipment Ensuring The Correct, Secure Work In The Field Of Acceptance Of Asbestos. With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Guidelines Set Out In Swz, Health And Safety Regulations And With Due Diligence And The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Proper And Secure Manner, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, In Particular The Provisions Regarding The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products .4) Responsibility For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage Resulting From Its Improper Implementation Or Omissions, I.E. Both Damage To Real Estate, Property, Health And Life Of Residents And Users, As Well As Third Parties. Exhaust Emissions And Work In A Way Limiting Unorganized Dust Emissions To The Air.
