Classification Of The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 09123000-7 (Natural Gas), 65200000-5 (Gas Transmission And Similar Services). 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel, To The Collection Points Of The University Of Gdańsk, In The Amount Of 4,356,000 Kwh. 3. The Employer Informs That The Amount Of Fuel Specified In Point 2 Is An Expected (Estimated) Amount That Does Not Bind To The Contracting Authority And May Change. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Supplied Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Employer. 4. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Supplied Will Result From Current Indications Of Measuring Systems, Each Collection Point And May Be Reduced And Increased Due To Actual Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Contracting Authority For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Fuel. The Contracting Authority Will Pay For The Amount Of Fuel Actually Taken. 5. The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex 1A To Swz. 6. Planned Annual Gas Consumption Of Gas, Broken Down Into Months, Is Set Out In Annex 1B To Swz. 7. The List Of The Ordering Party Objects Together With The Collection Points Is Set Out In Annex 6 To Swz. 8. The Number Of Fuel Consumption Points May Change Consisting In Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Collection Points (Liquidation Of The Point), In The Range Of +/- 16% (I.E. By 1 Collection Point). 9. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Power Ordered With The Change Of Tariff Group, Provided That The Dso Consent, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Movement And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd). 10. The Employer Informs That Gas Fuel Will Be Used For Heating Purposes In Accordance With Art. 89 Para. 1 Point 13 Of The Act On Excise Tax (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542, As Amended). 11. The Employer Informs That Upon The Conclusion Of The Contract, He Will Submit An Appropriate Statement On The Purpose Of The Gas Fuel Referred To In Art. 62Bb Para. 1 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law. The Employer Also Informs That It Is An Entity Creating A System Of Higher Education And Science Referred To In Art. 7 Para. 1 Point 1-7 Of The Act Of 20 July 2018-Law On Higher Education And Science (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1571, As Amended), To The Extent That It Consumes Gas Fuel For The Needs Of Basic Activities-Annex No. 8 To Swz. 12. The Contracting Authority Informs That In The Light Of The Act On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Recipients In Force From January 26, 2022 In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 202, As Amended), The Entire Volume Of Ordered Gas Fuel Is Subject To Tariff Protection.
