The Relations Between The Delegatee And The Dannecy City Will Be Governed By A Public Service Concession Contract, As Defined By Articles L. 1121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code And L. 1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Form Of The Delegation Chosen By The Delegate Is That Of Laffermage. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 5 Years, From September 1, 2025 To August 31, 2030 Inclusive
