Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of The Assortment For The Purposes Of Sterilization And Disinfection To The Hospital Of The Średzki Heart Of Jesus Limited Liability Company
Part 1: Sterilization Articles1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Range Of Assortment, Indicated In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Order Condition, According To The Current Demand Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Central Sterilization Room Is Responsible For Reporting The Demand For Delivery Of The Assortment. Orders Are Submitted Successively: By E-Mail Or By Phone, With The Telephone Order Confirmed By The Contractor In The Form Of An E-Mail. Deliveries Are Carried Out Up To 3 Business Days, Following The Day On Which The Order Was Placed, From 8.00-14.30 Directly To The Central Sterilizer. Working Days Are Considered Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.
