Collection Agency Services - Acquisition Of Recovery Services. The City Of Vantaa Will Arrange For A Tender For The Purchase Of Recovery Services In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. During The Contract Period, The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Certain Purchases During The Contract Period. Purchases Can Be Made By All Industries In The City Of Vantaa. This Agreement Covers The Group Companies Owned By The Majority Of The City Of Vantaa, Whose Accounting Is Provided By The Financial Services Of The City Of Vantaa. These Group Companies Are Mentioned In Annex 5 Of The Invitation To Tender. The Group Companies Using The Contract Conclude Separate Assignments With The Selected Supplier. In The Event Of New Group Companies Establishing During The Contract Period, These May Be Related To The Agreement Between The City Of Vantaa And The Supplier By A Separate Assignment Agreement, Provided That The Financial Services Of The City Of Vantaa Shall Manage The Accounting Of The Company Company In Question. The Invitation To Tender Includes The Following Areas Of Recovery: - Voluntary Recovery Of Public And Private Law Claims - Technical Intermediary For Enforceable Claims - Legal Recovery Of Private Laws Service Description Of Appendix 2. The Acquisition Does Not Apply: - Those Claims That Are Not Legally Allowed To Recover From An External Debt Collection Agency (The City Of Vantaa Shall Handle The Recovery Of A Public -Law Penalty For The Unlawful Procedure For The Unlawful Procedure That Must Not Be Allowed To Recover From The Contractor, Eg Parking Control Charges) - Recovery Of Their Claims (Eg Criminal Cases, Damages And Costs). In Individual Cases, The City Of Vantaa May Otherwise Charge Its Claim As Its Own Work.
