The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Hardware And Software As Part Of The Project Entitled Cyber -Secured Local Government In The Gilowice Commune, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, Under The Conditions Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Covers: 1) Server - 2 Pcs. 2) Management Switch 24 Portowy - 1 Pcs 3) Expansion Of The Backup System - 1 Pc Pcs. 9) Implementation Of Solutions - 1 Pc. 3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Together With Transport, Unloading, Installation And Launch Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 4. All Solutions Provided As Part Of The Order Must Be Factory -New And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Excluding The Use Of Their Correct Work Necessary To Conduct The Test. Refurbated Devices And Licenses Are Not Allowed. 5. Software Devices And Licenses Must Be Free Of Physical And Legal Defects. 6. A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months Will Be Granted For The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 7.
