The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor Along With The Accessories Compatible With It: A Rear-Iron Mower, A Hydraulic Plow, A Salt And Sand Sprinkler Financed As Part Of Operational Leasing With The Option Of Redemption. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Training The Personnel Of The Contracting Authority And The Tractor Service With Accessories. The Drainage Will Be Intended For Work Related To Maintaining Municipal Roads, Mainly Used For Mowing Roadsides And Ditches, Partial Repairs Of Partial Surfaces, Winter Road Maintenance. To Make A Declaration Of Intention To Acquire The Subject Of Leasing At A Gross Price Constituting 20% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Lease And Payment Of Payment In This Respect. The Agricultural Draft Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Move On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2328). The Tractor Should Have Complete Documentation Of The Tractor Necessary For Registration And Operation. The Offered And Supplied Tractor Should Be Factory New, Unregistered, Fully Functional And Not Used As A Demonstration Machine, Produced Not Earlier Than Before 2024. The Collection For The Offered Agricultural Tractor Along With The Equipment Must Be At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Also Includes Free Websites During The Warranty Period Necessary To Maintain It In The Warranty Period. The Tractors Access To It Will Take Place At The Contractors Own Cost To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Detachment Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Described In Annex 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 1 To Swz) Presents The Minimum Technical Requirements Referring To The Subject Of The Contract. In The Event Of The Terms Referring Directly To Specific Products, Devices, Standards, Approval, Certificates, Trademark, Patent, And Designation Of Origin, In The Documentation Of The Proceedings. The Employer Allows The Submission Of Offers Using Other Materials And Elements Than Those Given In The Documentation Of The Procedure, Provided That The Proposed Materials And Elements Will Have Technical And Qualitative (Technological) Parameters Not Worse Than Those Presented In The Documentation And Will Have Certificates And Approvals Equivalent To The Procedure Indicated In The Documentation. As An Equivalent Solution, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation.
