Stage 2. Providing And Assembly Of New Air Conditioning Devices In The Ro1 Switchgear Room In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And A Project Made In Stage 1 As Well As Disassembly And Utilization Of Three Split Air Conditioners Owned By The Employer. Stage 3. Delivery And Assembly Of A New Ups Power Supply With Batteries In The Ro1 Switchgear Room In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And A Project Made In Stage 1 As Well As Disassembly And Utilization Of Three Ups Power Supplies Owned By The Employer, Working In Parallel Mode (Batteries Constituting The Equipment Of The Power Supplies, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Chase Work). 4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Were Concluded In Part Iv Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee Of Quality And Is Obliged To Perform The Benefits Resulting From It. The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. 8. The Subject Of Deliveries Must Come From The Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer Not Excluding Distribution To The Polish Market And Ensuring The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 9. The Subject Of Delivery On The Day Of The Offer Is Not Provided By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sale. As For The Offered Air Conditioning Devices, The Refrigerant Used Throughout The Entire Order Processing Period Must Be Approved For Use And, Moreover, Approved For Use For At Least 10 Years From The Date Of Submission Of The Offer Or The Equipment Delivered Must Allow The Use Of A Replacement For The Offered Refrigerant, With This Replacement Must Also Be Approved For Use For At Least 10 Years From The Date Of Submitting The Offer.
