Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovation Of Roads With A Bituminous Surface In The Kamień Pomorski Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Partial Renovation Of The Bituminous Pavement Of Poviat Streets In The City Of Kamień Pomorski And Municipal Streets In The Commune Of Kamień Pomorski, Made As A Supplement To Cavities In The Road With A Mineral And Asphalt Mixture Of Hot, Emergency Renovation Of The Surface From Small -Sized Elements Such As Concrete And Stone Plates Or Cubes And Vertical Adjustment Of The Equipment And Vertical Adjustment Underground, As Well As Sealing Cracks Occurring In The Road Surface. 2. The Estimated Scope Of The Order Includes A Total Of About 1600 M2 Of Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With A Mineral And Hot Asphalt Mass And A Vertical Adjustment Of 10 Pieces Of Sewage Wells, As Well As Sealing Cracks At A Length Of About 1500 M. The Amount Given Is Estimated And May Change During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Indicate The Estimated Amount Of Renovation Of Small -Dimensional Surfaces, Because These Works Will Be Carried Out In The Event Of Emergency Damage And Collapse Of Pavements. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work And How They Perform Is Included In The Detailed Technical Specification, Which Is Annex 4 To Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Offers Not Containing The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Rejected. 5. The Contracting Authority Specifies The Following Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract Under The Employment Contract. 1) The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Below In The Scope Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code /Dz. U. Of 2023 1465, From 2024 Item 878, 1222,1871, 1965./1 Servicing The Recycler. 6. The Contractor Ensures At Its Own Cost Properly To Secure The Renovation Works And Is Required To Comply With Health And Safety Regulations For The Works Performed. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Security Of Third Parties During The Performance Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 7. In The Event Of Damage In The Course Of Works, Repairing Them And Bringing Them To The Previous State, Charges The Contractor. 8
