The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design, Construction, Transfer Of The Thermal Transformation Of Energy Fractions Separated In The Process Of Processing Municipal Waste, With Energy Recovery In The Form Of High -Performance Cogeneration. The Scope Of Commissioned Works Will Include, In Particular, Design, Construction, Assembly, Diagnostics, Protective And Checking Measurements, Start-Up, Launch And Transfer Of Installations For Operation, With Technical And Technological Parameters Indicated In Pfu And As-Built Documentation With All Required Attachments. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Swz In Part Iii -Pf. The Procedure Was Preceded By Preliminary Market Consultations, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Be Awarded, Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Act, Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works: - Covered By The Subject Of This Contract In Terms Of Technical Assistance Services Or Warranty Service, Referred To In Pfu Together With The Supply Of Spare Parts And Consumables During The Provision Of These Services, - Consisting In The Construction Of An Energy Connection In Accordance With Issued Technical Conditions From The Operator, I.E. Pge. The Remuneration And The Deadline Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor By Negotiations. In The Scope Of Other Terms Of The Order Processing Referred To In Zd. 1 Will Apply To Appropriate Application Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Part Ii Swz. The Value Of Supplementary Orders Will Not Exceed Pln 10,000,000.00 Without Vat
