Scheduled Air Transport Services - Providing Plane Tickets For Bulgarian Groups Traveling Abroad. The Need To Award This Public Procurement Is Bound By Organized Group Vacations Outside The Country By Ea Military Clubs And Military Recreation Within The Framework Of International Clims Cooperation And A Breathless Exchange Of Servicemen And Civilians From The Ministry Of Defense. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing Airline Tickets For Travel Abroad In All Categories Of Economy And Business Class According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Technical Specification Contains A Detailed Description Of The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract. The List Of Destinations Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Not Exhaustive, As Far As All Trips Cannot Be Predicted In Advance For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Months. The Contract With The Selected Contractor Will Be Concluded At A Value To The Forecast Value Determined By The Contracting Authority. The Cost Of Fulfilling The Contract Is Determined By The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, The Requests Made For The Provision Of Airline Tickets For The Duration Of The Contracts. On The Grounds Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, After The Expiry Of The Stipulated Period Of Action, The Contract May Be Extended Until The Foreseen Of The Intended Financial Resources Are Exhausted. In This Case, The Performance Of The Service Will Be Agreed With A Written Agreement To The Basic Contract.
