The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of The Anticolize System Up To Twenty (22) Two -Way Trams Of The 40T Manufacturer Škoda Transportation A.S., Which Will Use A Broadband 5G Network For Large -Volume Data And Can Minimize Crisis Situations Where There Is A Risk Of Clash With Other Objects In The Passage Profile Of The Tram Vehicle. The Obligation Of The Selected Supplier Will Test This System In Real Operation Without Passengers. The Main Purpose And Emphasis Of This System Is Placed On Preventing Collisions With Large Objects, Safety Of Passengers And Transport Participants And Elimination Of Financial Losses Due To Traffic Accidents. Under This Public Contract, The Contracting Authority Guarantees A Delivery Of The Contract, Ie The Acquisition And Implementation Of The Anti -Collision System, Up To Five (5) Two -Way Trams Of The 40T Type. The Contracting Authority Does Not Guarantee The Collection Of The Remaining Part Of The Performance, Ie The Acquisition And Implementation Of The Anticolize System Within Seventeen (17) Other Vehicles.
