In The Event Of Significant Needs, Exceeding The Technical Capacity Of An Incumbent, The Ratp May Retain Several Holders According To The Rules Defined By The Classification Of The Most Saying Offers. The Availability Of Locotrators, Respect For The Arrival Dates Of Locotractors On Ratp Site, And The Delivery Of Work Trains Within The Time Limits Constitute Result Obligations For The Holder.
