The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Purchase And Delivery Of Power Tools And Hand Tools As Well As Aerodynamic Drying Chamber As Part Of The Creation And Support Of The Functioning Of The Industry Skill Center In The Field Of Furniture Industry In The School Complex M. Rataja In Reszel. 2. The Contracting Authority Divides The Subject Of The Order Into The Following Parts: 1) Part I: Power Tools And Manual Tools - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 3.1 To Swz (...) 2. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts To Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer. This Means That The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or All (Two) Parts Of The Order. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex 3.1, 3.2 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex 4 To Swz, I.E. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract, In Particular Regarding The Settlement Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.5. All Machines/Devices/Tools Must Be Entirely Brand New. 6. The Contractor Will Grant At Least 36 Months Warranty For Devices From Item 1-13 And At Least 12 Months For Tools From Item 14-21 Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part And Procedure (...) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Order Of The Factory New, Purchased In The Official Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer To The Polish Or Eu Market, Which Is Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibition Or Exhibitions, Produced Not Earlier Than In 2023, Not Provided By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sales, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient, Undamaged, Complete And Ready For Use, As Well Specified In Swz.9. Delivery Should Include A Set Of Documentation And Instructions, Warranty Cards, Also - Non -Exclusive And Temporarily Limited Licenses Prepared In Polish For Provided Software - Consistently With Opz, List Of Serial Numbers And Product Numbers, All Accessories And Cables Necessary For Mounting And Starting The Equipment At The Installation Site (At The Headquarters Of The Employer).
