The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: Ongoing Operation And Maintenance Of The Water And Sewage System In The Tuczna Commune. Contractor. In Particular:- Direct Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants And Sewage Systems (Networks, Pumping Stations),- Direct Support For Water And Water Supply Intakes,- Informing The Contracting Authority Of Any Failure,- Removal Of Failures (Not Covered By A Guarantee Of The Contractor Of Construction Works) On The Sewage Network Consisting In The Removal Of The Network And Repairing It And Replacing It And Exchanging Its Weapons And Complexes- Performing The Current Renovations, Repairs And All Other Activities Enabling Their Trouble-Free Operation,- Removal Of Failures (Not Covered By A Guarantee Of The Contractor Of Construction Works) On The Water Supply Network,- Keeping The Devices In The Right Technical, Sanitary And Aesthetic Condition, Including Mocking The Areas Of The Pumping Stations, Sewage Treatment Plants And Water Intakes,- Keeping Records Of Equipment In Individual Pumps. Administrative:- Keeping The Written Records Of Facilities Located In The Tuczna Commune,- Reading The Indications Of Devices In Measuring Wells (Flow Meter Readings) And Keeping Records Of These Readings,- Storage Of Originals Of Documents Produced During The Implementation Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Provisions (Including The Provisions Of The Personal Data Protection Act). The Documents In The Original Must Be Stored By The Contractor Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And Upon Its Expiry Or Termination Transferred To The Employer,- In Each Case Of Devastation Of Sewage And Water Supply Infrastructure Objects In The Tuczna Commune- Call Of Order Services (Police),- Keeping The Book Of Failures And Faults. Recording Applications About Any Failures And Defects In This Book, Confirming The Legitimacy Of These Entries,- Control Of The Legality Of Sewage Discharges And Connections To The Sewage Network,- Control Of The Legality Of Connections To The Water Supply Network,- Granting In Consultation With The Ordering Parties Consent To The Connection To The Sewage And Water Supply Network And Agreeing Construction Projects In Accordance With Previously Issued Conditions.
