Decomposing As Follows: Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, New Works. For Preventive Maintenance, The Services Appear In The Dpgf. For Corrective Maintenance And New Work, The Consultation Will Give Rise To The Latablissement Of A Mono Framework Agreement Assigned To Order Form With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 38,000 Euros Excl. Tax Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months Ranging From Its Date Of Notification To Its Anniversary Date. It Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times 12 Months Without Its Maximum Duration Being Able To Exceed 4 Years. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Larticle R.2112-4 Of The Code Public Order, The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal. The Contracting Authority Can Denounce The Market By Expressing Its Decision To The Holder, At Least Two Months Before The End Of Market Validity (Anniversary Date); Otherwise, The Market Is Renewed.
