Tenders Are Invited For Performing Services Related To Ongoing Maintenance, Control, Maintenance Of Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gyms And Dog Parks In The Administration Of The Targówek District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw

1 Warsaw. The Work Of The Work Covered By The Contract Consists In Performing The Activities Necessary To Preserve Play Equipment, Strength And Other Equipment Elements In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition, With Particular Emphasis On Ensuring The Safety Of Users. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, Regular Controls Of All Elements Of Equipment Of Playgrounds And Small Architecture Facilities, Including: Fences, Playing Devices, Small Architecture Elements And Safe Surface Shock -Absorbing Surfaces, In Accordance With Current Polish Standards And Manufacturers Instructions, Including: A) Regular Control (Routine Control, During Which The General Condition Of Devices Works Threats That May Be The Result Of Consumption, Vandalism Or Weather Conditions); B) Quarterly Controls - Detailed Inspections Consisting In Checking The Functionality And Stability Of The Equipment, Mainly Its Consumption; 2) Keeping Documentation From The Inspections, I.E.; A) Completing The Form Entitled Functional Control Card Of Playgrounds And Dog Parks And Outdoor Gyms B) Ongoing Completion Of The Form Entitled Card Of Regular Control Of Playgrounds And Dog Parks C) Ongoing Completion Of The Form Weekly Reports On The Control Of Outdoor Gym Equipment 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Annex 5 To Swz Technical Conditions And Rules For Performing Work. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Justification: The Subject Procedure Is Part Of The Contract For Services In The Field Of Repair And Maintenance Of Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gyms And Dog Parks - Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Granted With Separate Proceedings. 4. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures. 6. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. The Contractor Becomes A Waste Manufacturer Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Provisions In Force At The Date Of The Contract, I.E. The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended), And The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2519).
