The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Catching And Caring For Homeless Animals From The Area Of The Bierzwnik Commune In 2025. The Scope Of Services Applies In Particular: A) Catching Free -Living Cats, Transporting Them To The Place Of Sterilization - Indicated By The Contracting Authority Or Castration And Re -Bringing Them In Place Of Their Sealing, B) Maintenance Of Animals (Dogs, Cats) In Shelter (Including Meals, Inn, Veterinary Care), C) 24 -Hour Readiness To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, After Accepting The Notification From The Employers Employee, D) Catching, Transport And Delivery Of Animals To The Shelter, E) Mandatory Sterilization/Castration (Dogs, Cats) Delivered To The Shelter, F) Providing 24 -Hour Veterinary Care In The Case Of Road Events With Road Participation Of Animals (Contract With The Clinic On The Side Of The Contracting Authority), G) Admitting The Animal To The Shelter (Including, Reviewing The Animal By A Veterinarian, Vaccination Against Rabies, Deworming, Abushing, Vaccination Against Infectious Diseases), H) Stay And Full Board Of A Dog/Cat In A Shelter, I) Permanent Marking Of The Animal + The Cost Of Micro Chip, J) Veterinary Treatments Necessary For Veterinary Treatments. Saving The Life Or Health Of The Animal, K) Acting In The Disposal Of The Corpses Of Fallen Animals, Under The Care Of The Shelter, L) Transporting Animals From Another Shelter.
