3 The Basic Part Of The Order (Without The Right Of The Option) Will Be Provided:- On An Area Of 3,585 M2 In The Event Of Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Internal Surfaces Of The Buildings;- On An Area Of 16,672 M2 In The Event Of Cleanliness Of The Outer Surfaces Of The Paved;- On An Area Of 18 744 M2 In The Event Of Cleanliness Of The Green Surfaces Of The Green. Surface Condition As At 06/03/2025 2. During The Implementation Of The Future Agreement, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Size Of The Resources Specified In Annex 1.1 To The Contract Due To Their Sale, Excluding Buildings From Operation, Acceptance In The Management Of New Properties, Etc. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Using The Possibility Of Applying The Right Of The Options Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Act Established A Minimum And Maximum Amount Of Space In Buildings, Hardened External Areas And Green Areas Where Services Would Be Provided. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Employer Provides For A Reduction In The Resource By A Maximum Of 20% Relative To The Area Referred To In Point 1.3. The Contractors Duties Include In Particular: Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Buildings, Maintaining The Proper Sanitary Condition And The Care Of The Areas, I.E. Periodic Mowing Of Grasses, Care Of Hedges, Keeping The Cleanliness Of Pavements, Streets, Parking Lots, In Winter Current Cleaning Of Pavements From Snow, Ice And Mud. The Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Contract Template - Annex 7 To Swz And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To The Contract.
