The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A 20 Xgn1/1 Convection Stove For A Catering Kitchen At Ul. Krzyżanowska 8 And A Convection And Steam Furnace 20Xgn1/1 At Ul. Kołłątaj 4- With Delivery And Assembly, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1, Part 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contractor Ensures That The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Factory New, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Technically Efficient And Adapted For Use By The Ordering Party. 1.
