Expression Of Interest For Recruitment Of A Consultant/Firm For The Conduct Of A Detailed Environmental And Social Impact Assessment (Esia) And The Development Of A Resettlement Action Plan (Rap) For The Rehabilitation Work Of The Hydro-Agricultural Dam, Fish Farm And Downstream Plain In Natiokobadara, Korhogo Department, Poro Region The Objective Of This Contract Is To: 1. Conduct A Detailed Environmental And Social Impact Assessment (Esia) 2. Develop A Resettlement Action Plan (Rap) The Goal Is To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Frameworks And Safeguard Policies In The Rehabilitation Of The Hydro-Agricultural Dam, Fish Farm, And Downstream Plain. 4. Responsibilities Of The Consultant The Consultant Firm Will Be Responsible For The Following: For The Esia: Planning And Preparation Data Collection Impact Analysis Stakeholder Consultation Development Of The Environmental And Social Management Plan Preparation Of The Esia Report Submission And Presentation Coverage Of The Ande Service Costs For The Rap: Description Of The Study Area Presentation Of The Legal And Institutional Framework Identification Of Affected Assets And Populations Assessment Of The Needs Of Affected Persons Design Of Support Measures Stakeholder Consultation Development Of The Rap Validation And Approval 5.
