Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways-Direct Allocation Of Rail Traffic Services In The Maas-Rhein-Lippe Network To An Internal Operator. The Zweckverband Nahververkehr Westfalen-Lippe (Nwl) And The Transport Association Rhein-Ruhr Aör (Vrr) Are Responsible According To The Regulations Of The Laws On Local Public Transport In North Rhine-Westphalia. Together With The Vrr, The Nwl Intends To Commission Eurobahn Gmbh & Co. Kg As Internal Operator With The Provision Of Rail Traffic Services In Rail Transport As A Group Of Authorities In Accordance With Art. 5 Para. 2 Vo (Ec) No. 1370/2007. The Maas-Rhein-Lippe Network Is Made Up Of The Following Lines: Re 3 (Düsseldorf- Duisburg-Gelsenkirchen-Dortmund-Hamm), Re 13 (Venlo-Mönchengladbach- Düsseldorf-Wuppertal-Hagen-Hamm). The Commission Is Subject To The Germal Resolutions.
