The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Supply Of Individual Equipment Elements, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 2.1. The Employer Reserves The Requirement To Deliver Equipment In Time Intervals Set Individually With The Management Of Each Educational Institutions While Informing The Ordering Party About The Planned Implementation Of Deliveries. 3. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Ordered Articles. Contractors Are Not Entitled To Damages In This Respect. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4), The Employer Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Benefit That The Contractor Will Perform Is Not Less Than 60 % Of The Offer Of The Order For A Given Part. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Provided Number Of Articles.
