The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Wants To Contract A Strategic Agency For Brand And Design Issues. By This We Mean, Among Other Things; Positioning And Profiling Of, For Example, Collaborations, Marketing Campaigns, Graphic Design, Dtp, (Further Development Of The) Corporate Identity And Both Standard And Custom Designs. Together With The Media Team, This Agency Will Act As A Carrier Of The House Style And Bear Responsibility For Initiating And Guaranteeing Brand Development And Expressions Within The Established Frameworks. This Responsibility Is Currently Spread Over Several Agencies, The Municipality Wants To Centralize This. In Addition, The Agency Actively Thinks About The Development Of The House Style, Responds To New Trends And Developments (Such As Ai), And Advises Unsolicited Opportunities And Possibilities Within (Marketing And) Communication. The Agency Feels Jointly Responsible For The Identity Of The Municipality Of Apeldoorn And Contributes To A Consistent And Under This Assignment Is A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Value Of € 1,200,000. This Estimated Value Concerns The Entire Agreement Duration Including The Four Option Years. The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement Is Planned From 01-07-2025 And Has A Duration Up To And Including 30-06-2027 With An Option For Unilateral Extension By The Municipality Of Four-Time One Year. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Per Parcel By Signing The Final Agreement By The Parties. The Order Value For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Maximized At 150% Of The Amount As Stated Above In The Case Of Sample Assignment. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender Of € 1,800,000 If This Value Is Achieved, The Framework Agreement Is Only Used According To The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Made Appeal, The Framework Agreement No Longer Sorts An Effect And The Municipality May No Longer Be Used, Regardless Of The Remaining Duration Of The Framework Agreement. In That Case, The Framework Agreement - If The Maximum Value Has Been Reached Or It Will Be Exceeded Very Soon - Will Be Canceled By The Municipality With The Contractor With A Cancellation Period Of One Month, Without Any Right To Compensation By The Contractor To The Municipality.
