The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Regarding The Construction Of A Sports, Service And Recreation Facility At Al. Legionów/Ul. Kościuszko In Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Two Contract Items And Has Three Main Functions. In The Body Of The Building Along Al. Legions Will Be Implemented As: Swimming Pool And Service (Subject Of The Contract I), While In The Block Of The Building Along Ul. Kościuszko Will Be Implemented As A Sport And Recreational (Subject Of Contract Ii). The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz). The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Opz Attached To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Act Of The Contract And Contractual Conditions, Constituting The Attachments To Swz Accordingly. If Anywhere In Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Offers In This Respect Using Equivalent Solutions Described. Where In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Origin Of Devices Covered By The Order Referred To In Art. 99 Para. 5 Pzp (E.G. Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier), The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Devices With Equivalent Parameters Of Identical Or Higher Than Those Contained In The Description. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Ensure Obtaining Technical And Quality Parameters And Warranty Requirements, Not Worse Than Founded In The Above-Mentioned.
