Expression of Interest are invited for Strengthening Coaching and Adapting to Local Languages in Education (Scale) in Punjab, Kp This consultancy will support a grant that seeks to build on this momentum (including findings from other analytical work including the Global Education Policy Dashboard) by using the Teach 2.0, Teach ECE and Coach suite of tools to assess not only the quality of teaching practices but also the quality of feedback teachers receive. The grant activities propose to supplement and enhance existing government practices and quality of measurement of teaching practices and teacher professional development by: 1. Collecting and analyzing data on classroom practices, learning outcomes and other data from teachers, coaches and headteachers. 2. Assessing whether the professional profile and affiliation of the feedback provider matters. 3. Assessing whether helping teachers teach in a local language enhances the quality of instruction.
