Bidders are to provide Halal Certification, OHSAS-18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) I ISO-14001 (Environmental Management System), Manufacturing License from PSQCA / Province, FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) / ISO-9001 (Quality Management Certification) / Hazard Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certified, Laboratory Analysis report of latest batch produced from PNAC Accredited Labs Complete details of Milk Collection Centers, Chiller Vans which can maintain temperature between 0-4 degree centigrade, quantity of Fresh Milk collected through suppliers and a certificate that the firms own production plant is operational round the year.
