Tenders are invited for Supply of Ration Items 5. Mill Owners will be preferred in case of Sugar, Rice & Atta contracts. 6 In case of Canola Cooking Oil Contracts, reputed Mills / manufacturer will be preferred. 7. Rates of Vegetables and Fruits are to be quoted as per Seasonal Chart / Seasonal Schedule of Fruits and Vegetables which may be collected from Catering Flights. 8. No of issues of Mutton, Beef, Chicken, Eggs & Fish can be modified (increase / decrease) in light of Air Headquarters policies. 9. Interested Contractors I Firms are to deposit a bank draft of Five Lac I 2% °^otal Tender value as earnest money in favour of Public Fund Account at respective RA s Base. 10 Firm I supplier will submit (04 bags / Packets each of 1/2 kg of Dry items, 01 Ltr of Canola Cooking Oil and 01 kg of Full Cream Milk Powder and Tea) to SSO (Support & AD) at Headquarters Federal Air Command, PAF Base Nur Khan till 1300 hrs by 20 Mar, 2025. HQ FAC will decide I facilitate / monitor Lab testing process from any renowned laboratory like PCSIR & INTERTECH Lahore. Lab testing fee will be deposited by Contractors in advance.
