Computer-Related Professional Services-Maintaining Websites Of The National Board Of Antiquities. The Aim Of The Acquisition Is To Find A Service Provider That Maintains The Existing Websites Of The National Board Of Antiquities (Contracting Entity) As A Total Service (Saas). The Tasks And Responsibilities Included In The Service Are Defined In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes, In Particular The Contract Agreement And The Continuing Services Agreement. The Main Object Of The Service Is The Maintenance Of Websites And Customer Support At The Service Level In Accordance With The Continuous Services Advance Nature. In Addition, The Acquisition May Include Some Development Of Websites. The Service May Include, For Example, The Following Tasks For Website Development: • Information Architecture Planning Based On The Content Plans Of The Contracting Entity • Designing User Interface And User Experience • Planning Of The Sites Appearance Based On Visual Appearance • Technical Implementation Of The Site Website Publishing Platform Is Craft Cms (9 Solo 4.X.X. At The Moment On The Servers Of The Current Service Provider. The Websites Are Located On The Servers Of A Selected Supplier Based On Tendering. The Supplier Selected For The Acquisition, Operation And Maintenance Of These Servers Is The Responsibility Of Its Entirety. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Security, Functionality And Timeliness Of All Components Of The Service. The Contracting Entity Will Not Have Served Servers Or Other Technical Environment. The Contracting Entity Orders The Entire Service From The Selected Supplier (Hosting). For The Contract Period, The Selected Supplier Will Open Access To The Contracting Entity To The Environments For Testing Functionality And Modifying The Content. The Websites Covered By The Procurement Are A Key Part Of The Contracting Entitys Customer Service And Statutory Service. The Task Of The Selected Supplier Is To Ensure The Fast And Smooth Functionality Of The Sites With The Most Common Terminals And Browsers. The Contracting Entity Currently Has 12 Websites Implemented With The Craft Publishing System. The Sites Are National Museum.Fi, Museumiracontiasto.Fi, Intellectual Cultturiperpinnö.Fi, Opi.Einteetoitukulttuuriperinto.Fi, Culturalisterinnoksi.Fi, Sadanuksuatoa.Fi, Structural Goodwill.Fi, Repurchase.Fi, Takoverkosto.Fi, Museumsofimpact.Eu. These 12 Sites Are Part Of This Acquisition And The Maintenance And Development Service Of The Selected Supplier. Other Websites Of The Contracting Entity Are Not Included In The Tendering. The Service Also Includes Reporting And Service Documentation To The Contracting Entity, Which Must Be In Finnish. The Agreement With The Selected Supplier Is Made Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Procurement Is Part Of A Larger Website Of The Contracting Entity, Which Can Include Several Separate Tenders. The Contents And Functionality Of Web Sites That Belong To This Broader Entity Vary, So That Any Purchases That May Be Related To Them
