The Contract To Be Concluded, Includes The Following Activities: A) Design Services, Consisting Of: - Elaboration Of The Necessary Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals/ Agreements/ Authorizations; - Elaboration Of The Technical Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Works (Pac); - Elaboration Of The Project For Organizing The Execution Of The Works (Poe); - Elaboration Of Technical Projects For The Relocation And Protection Of Utilities; - Elaboration Of The Technical Project With Execution Details; - The Quality Technical Verification Of The D.T.A.C., The Technical Projects For The Relocation And Protection Of The Utilities, The Technical Project And The Execution Details; - The Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Period Of The Works, At The Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By The Isc And During The Warranty Period Granted To The Work; - Elaboration Of As-Built Technical Project. B) Execution Of Works For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Project To Be Carried Out, Of The Technical Prescriptions And Of The Standards In Force, Including The Relocation/ Protection/ Deviation Works Electricity Networks, Public Lighting, Pipes, Etc. (According To The Technical Projects That Will Be Elaborated And According To The Requirements Of The Notes) And The Abolition Of The Constructions On The Expropriation Corridor.
