It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Supply And Implementation Of The Hospital Information System In The Ostrava Municipal Hospital. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of The Information System, Which Consists Of A Hospital Information System And A Portal (Hereinafter Also Is, Which Consists Of Nis And Portal) In The Contracting Authority. The New Is Will Be Implemented In Two Basic Stages, Where The First Stage Will Be Replaced By The Original Nis Contracting Authority In The Extent Of Basic (Necessary) Functionalities And Within The Second Stage The Superstructure Functions Incl. Portal Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation. The New Nis Will Be Accessible Through The End Devices In The Form Of Stationary Or Portable Computer Stations, Or For Selected Functionalities Using Mobile Devices. Part Of The Performance Is The Provision Of Support And Development Services For An Indefinite Period. The Participant Also Specifies The Necessary Licenses Of The Database Environment For The Operation Of The New Is, Ie The Nis And The Portal (Database Licenses Are Part Of The Performance Of This Public Contract). The Performance Does Not Include The Supply Of Support Infrastructure, But The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Minimum Requirements For This Infrastructure (For Details See Paragraph 11.4 Of The Tender Documentation And Annex 8 Of The Tender Documentation). The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Tender Documentation And Attachments.
