The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works At The Investment Objective, “Modernization Of The County Road Dj 106G, From Km 12+511 To Km 31+604, Inters.Dn1-Dencurea Sibiului-Apoldu De Jos (Dc72) -Ludoș-Gusu-Inters. Dj107b And The Relocation Of Utilities ”, Based On The Technical Project, Verified And Authorized According To The Legal Provisions. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Respect The Deadline And To Fall Into The Budget. The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Building Permit No. 93 Of 13.08.2024, Of The Opinions/Agreements Obtained On The Basis And Of The Technical Project No.32.1/2023 Elaborated By S.C. Construct C.D.P. S.R.L., Verified And Authorized According To The Legal Provisions. The Execution Of The Works Will Start After The Issuance Of The Beginning Order Issued By The Beneficiary. The Land Necessary To Achieve The Site Organization Will Fall Into The Executor.
