As Of 1 September 2025, The Municipality Of Utrecht Wants To Conclude A Framework Contract With 2 Contract Partners In The Field Of Strategic Communication, Campaign Services And Media Purchasing. The Municipality Expects To Purchase Services On The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement With An Expected Total Value Of € 2,200,000 Excluding Vat. In Addition, Any Unforeseen Scaling Is Taken Into Account. That Is Why The Municipality Reserves The Right To Purchase Up To A Maximum Of 150%, That Is To Say To A Maximum Of € 3,300,000 Excluding Vat Under This Framework Agreement.
