The Subject Of The Order Is Accommodation And Food For Participants Of The International Folklore Festival Vistula Folk Festival Edition 2025, Which Will Take Place On August 18-24, 2025, The Contractor Provides / Order Details: 1. The Date Of Stay From Monday, August 18, 2025 (Arrival After Dinner) To Sunday, August 24, 2025 (Departure After Dinner). Note: The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Part Of The Reservation By One Day Before Or One Day Later, Which Will Inform The Contractor 14 Days Before The Service. 2. Number Of Participants: From About 160 To 180 People Accommodated Within One Holiday Resort Or One Property. Note: Due To The Nature Of The Stay Of The Participants Of Vistula Folk Festival, The Contracting Authority Requires The Full Exclusive Object For The Festival Guests From August 18-24, 2025. 3. The Building Is Fenced With A Closed Gate No More Than 25 Km From The Borders Of Płock With Access To A Safe Parking Lot For 6 Coaches. (Please Provide The Name And Address Of The Object). 4. Accommodation In Rooms Up To 5 People With Bathroom. 5. The Facility Should Have An Appropriate Amount Of Shower Cabins With Hot Water Efficiency Adapted To The Number Of Participants, Ensuring The Possibility Of Bathing For All Festival Participants (It Is Unacceptable That During The Participants Stay There Is Short Of Hot And Cold Water) 6. Three Meals A Day In The Form Of A Swedish Table With The Possibility Of Making A Dry Provision. 7. Meals Should Be Varied - For Each Day Different; Proposed Menu Attached To The Offer. 8. Issuing Meals By Their Employees (Providing An Appropriate Number Of Service) For 180 People With Providing Seating For Them. 9. The Hours Of Serving Meals Will Be Agreed Daily According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 10. The Contractor Provides Two Dance Rooms And Integration Meetings On The Premises With A Wooden Ground Or Pvc With An Area Of Mines 200 M211. Singing Room Equipped With Chairs With An Area Of At Least 60 M2.12. The Contractor Will Provide The Possibility Of Arranging 6 Single Rooms For Directors Of Teams Participating In Vff 2025.13. 24 -Hour Reception. 14. A Room For Active Rest. 15. Place For Active Rest Outside. 16. Possible Possibility Of Organizing A Bonfire. 17. Additional Elements Of The Objects Decor, Which Will Be An Additional Attraction For Guests (Please Replace). After Choosing The Best Offer, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control The Object Before Signing The Contract. If The Contractor Does Not Meet The Above Conditions, The Last Number Of Participants Will Be Given Until August 8, 2025
