Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Exhibition Shipping And Logistics The Agency May Require Comprehensive Exhibition Freighting Services To/From Europe, The Us, And Other Non-European Destinations. The Agency Participates In A Number Of Conferences Each Year And Requires Services Before, During And After Each Event. The Conferences May Take Place In Brussels, Basel, Washington, San Diego, Boston And Chicago Among Other Locations. The Services For Each Event Will Be: Outbound Pre-Event Collection Of Exhibition Materials From The AgencyS Premises In Amsterdam At An Agreed Date And Time, Before An Event Date; Administration Of All Relevant Supporting Paperwork And Fees, E.G. Customs, Labels, Parcel Insurance, Handling Fees1, Etc.; Road / Air Freight To Destination European Countries, Us And Other Non-European Destinations And Delivery At A Specific Date And Time, Before An Event Date. The Timeframe For Deliveries May Be Restricted To Several Hours (I.E. 8 To 10 Am) During A Specific Date Depending On The Event And Venue; Ensure The Materials Are Delivered To The Ema Booth/Stand At The Exhibition Site At An Agreed Date And Time, Before An Event Date, Including Weekends And Holidays. This May Require Liaising With Third Parties Like Event Organisers And/Or Venue Administrators And Potential Third Parties Fees Payment (E.G. Parcel Handling Fees For Transporting The Materials From The Venue Dock/Storage Space Or Parcels Reception Area To The Ema Booth). On-Site During Event Storage Of Empty Boxes And/Or Pallet(S) As Required. Administration Of All Relevant Supporting Paperwork, E.G. Labelling, Etc. Inbound Post-Event Returns Collection Of Return Shipment Directly From The Ema Booth At The Exhibition Site. This Require Liaising With Third Parties Like Event Organiser And/Or Venue Administrators And Deal With Such Third Parties Fees (E.G. Parcel Handling Fees Charged By The Venue For Transporting The Materials From The Booth To The VenueS Dock/Pick-Up Area). Administration Of All Relevant Supporting Paperwork And Fees, E.G. Customs, Labels, Parcel Insurance, Handling Fees, Etc. Road / Air Freight To The Netherlands. Delivery Of Exhibition Materials To The AgencyS Premises. A Negotiated Tender With A Maximum Indicative Budget Of 90,000 Is Planned To Be Launched In March 2025 And The Contract Awarded Will Be For 4 Years. The Minimum Technical Requirements Shall Apply To This Framework Contract: Compliance With Applicable Environmental, Social And Labour Law Obligations Established By Union Law, National Legislation, Collective Agreements Or The International Environmental, Social And Labour Conventions Listed In Annex X To Directive 2014/24/Eu. The Working Language Of The Agency Is English And The Contractor Must Confirm That It Will Be Able To Communicate With The Agency In English Processing Of Personal Data In Connection With This Service Must Comply With Eu Data Protection Legislation, In Particular, Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). Tenderer Must Be Able To Offer Road And Air Freight Services To Destinations In All European Countries And Us And Other Non-European Destinations. The Average Annual Turnover Of The Tenderer Must Be A Minimum Value Of 45,000 For Each Of The Last Two Financial Years.
