The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests Addressed Within The Term Provided In Section I.3 (20 Days) With 11 Days Of The Deadline Established For Submitting The Tenders, In Accordance With Prev. Art. 160 And 161 Of Law 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions The Chosen Procedure - Open Auction Online, With The Conclusion Of A Four -Year Framework Agreement. The Frequency Of Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contracts Is At Least One Subsequent Contract Per Year, Within The Limits Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Budgetary Funds. The Maximum Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 1,022,202.20 Lei Without T.V.A., Of Which The Value Of The Services Is 827,305.00 Lei Without Vat And The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 219,387.59 Lei Without T.V.A., Of Which The Value Of The Services Is 165,461.00 Lei Without Vat.
