Urban Development Construction Work - Framework Agreement - Urban Arranging, Civic Review, Modernization And Arranging Urban Areas. The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Access To The Resources Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Subsequent Contracts In Carrying Out The Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months, Or Any Period Necessary To Complete The Subsequent Contracts Concluded During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, Starting With The Date Of Signing The Framework Agreement For The Award Of Any Subsequent Agreement. Transmits An Invitation To Participate In Reofs That Will Have As Object The Scope Of The Works And The Objectives Associated With The Subsequent Contract. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Agreement, During Its Validity Period Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Prev. At Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Provisions Within The Anap Instructions. In Carrying Out The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, New Typologies/Articles Of Works Can Be Introduced, Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Letter. F) Of Law No. 98/2016 Corroborated With Art. 9 Of The Anap Instruction No. 1/2021, Treated As A Contractual Changes With Low Value- Adaptations To A Practical Context, Which Do Not Affect The General Nature Of The Susbecvent Framework, Which Are Related To The Fulfillment Of Them (Necessary For The Efficiency Of The Implementation Process Of The Respective Contract From The Point Of View Of The Contracting Authority And/Or To Improve The Quality Of 15%) Framework/Subsequent Contract. The Unit Prices In This Case Will Be Established By Reference To Similar Unit Prices In The Procedure, With The Rigorous Adaptations. If There Are No Similar Unit Prices For Calculating The Modification, The Reasonability Of The Price Will Be Taken Into Account, Taking Into Account Any Relevant Aspect That Reflects The Nature Of The New Works, The Level Of Quality, The Origin As The Case May Be, As Well As Any Aspect That Impacts The Price, To Which Is Added A Reasonable Profit. The Reasonable Character Will Be Evaluated In Relation To The Good Practices Generally Accepted In The Respective Sector Of Activity, So As To Reflect That The Acquisition Of The Changes Was Made Under Conditions Of Economic And Social Efficiency, Obtaining The Level Of Quality, At A Price That Does Not Exceed The Average Existing On The Profile Market.
